Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product, please send us an email at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and include your order number, photograph clearly showing the damage, and a brief description of the fault. We will review your case and get back to you within 24hrs.
Items are deemed to be faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged through wear and tear, accident or misuse are not considered to be faulty.
If items are deemed to be faulty, you will have the option for a replacement to be sent free of charge, or a cash refund.
