Delivery Policy

Hong Kong orders

All HK orders will be delivered by SF Express.
Please fill in your designated self pick-up SF locker code or address during checkout.

Macau and Taiwan orders

All orders will be delivered by SF Express.
According to Taiwan customs' requirements, parcel sent to Taiwan must present recipient's ID card number or ROC Uniform ID number for customs clearance purposes. Customer's personal information will only be used for the above stated purpose.

Order processing time

In-stock order: will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the day we receive your order.

Pre-order: will take 7-14 working days to be shipped upon the day we receive your order.

If you have purchased pre-order items along with other in-stock items, your entire order will be sent to you in one package once the pre-order item arrives in stock. If you wish to ship out the pre-order and in-stock items separately, please contact us and we will process your order as soon as we can. Customers will have to bear the extra shipping costs even if the order is qualifies for free shipping.


Delivery terms & conditions

Customers are responsible for loss of mail item or any risks involved during delivery. If there is any damage on the outer package, please do not open the parcel and report to the respective delivery company.
